Shipping and Returns
Delivery
Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Orders are ready for shipment in 1-5 business days (depending on order volume). There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
When will my order be delivered?
- Within Austria 2 to 3 business days
- Europe-wide 3 to 8 business days
- NEW: USA 4 business days
- Worldwide within 15 business days
Orders are shipped using DPD or FedEx.
Orders to Germany and Austria are shipped with DPD. Worldwide orders are shipped with FedEx.
Customs costs
All orders are shipped from Austria. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
Outside the EU these may apply.
For deliveries to countries such as Switzerland, customs duties are usually only incurred for goods with a value of approx. 150€ or more. However, it is important to note that import VAT is still payable.
The customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be paid by you.
ATTENTION - we ship to customs countries with the forwarding company FedEx. FedEx charges a commission for the customs clearance of the goods, which has to be paid by the buyer. Unfortunately we have no influence on these costs.
Shipment tracking
When your GoStudent package leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email from us so that you can track exactly where your package is.
You can enter this tracking number on the DPD website. This will allow you to see the shipping status of your order.
Please note that it may take 1-2 working days before your tracking number is finally active.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you are welcome to return them to us subject to the 14 day returns period.
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. Unfree parcels cannot be accepted.
If you are returning your parcel from a customs country, please make sure that you pay the customs costs when posting the parcel.
